Party At the Palace Tickets

The event was well organised. In addition to having a great lineup of performers, the security staff were lovely, the variety of food and drinks was impressive, the location was beautiful, and the toilets were ok! There was a great, relaxed atmosphere in the crowd, and everyone was enjoying the sunshine. The one small problem was the phone signal- I was one of many dozens of people who couldn't access their e-tickets on arrival. Luckily there was a really helpful lady in the on-site box office who could look up our ticketmaster accounts and give verbal authorisation to the security team to get us in. Overall, this was a fantastic day out.
