All tickets booked in advance for collection may be picked up on the evening of the event after the doors open. You must bring with you PHOTOGRAPHIC I.D., the original card used to purchase the tickets and the confirmation code given as proof of purchase.

You can find more info about access bookings on the venue website: https://www.academymusicgroup.com/o2academyleicester/access . The disabled access IN ACADEMY2 IS A ROPED OFF AREA AT SIDE OF STAGE.

No cameras, video cameras or audio recording. No food, bottles, cans or alcohol to be brought onto the premises. No smoking. Security measures are in place so there will be bag checks on arrival. Only one small bag per person is permitted, and it must not be bigger than A4 size. Height: 29.7cm Width: 21cm Depth: 15cm Large bags, including rucksacks, are not allowed and there are no facilities to leave any luggage so please make alternative arrangements. If you really have to bring a bag and its preferable you don't, please make sure its small.

Age Restrictions: Gigs: The minimum age is 8 unless with written permission from venue management. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult 18+, A MAXIMUM OF 2 UNDER 8S PER ADULT. Clubs: Strictly over 18s (Photographic ID may be required)
