About

The superstar standup returns with his brand new show, A Manford All Seasons

Born in 1981, it took only 17 years for comedian, writer, actor, television and radio presenter Jason Manford to make his mark on the live circuit. Working as a glass collector at the Buzz Comedy Club in Manchester's suburban area of Chorlton, Manford stepped in when a scheduled performer failed to turn up. Just six live gigs later he claimed The City Life North West Comedian Of The Year award, launching a career that would cement him as a household name across the United Kingdom.

Inspired by family-friendly entertainers such as Eric Morecambe, Tommy Cooper and Les Dawson, and citing both Billy Connolly and Peter Kay as catalysts for his love of comedy, Jason Manford secured a nomination for the coveted Perrier Award at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2005 for his debut Urban Legends show. Then described by Chortle as a triumphant performance "unashamedly dedicated to good, uncomplicated fun", he picked up their award for Best Breakthrough Act in 2006.

That same year Jason Manford made the jump from comedy club stages to screen, joining team captain Dave Spikey on Channel 4's 8 Out Of 10 Cats in 2006. Well-received by the show's regulars and audiences alike, Manford was invited to join as a team captain in 2007, holding the position until he amicably parted ways in 2011. During his time as team captain on 8 Out Of 10 Cats, Jason Manford was joined by the likes of actor Danny Dyer, the legendary Joan Rivers, presenters Carol Voderman, Claudia Winkleman and Lauren Laverne, as well as huge names from across the world of comedy.

Manford's TV career included presenting BBC One's First & Last, ITV's What Would Your Kid Do? and hosting at the prestigious Olivier Awards. In 2020, he donned a hedgehog outfit to place second on ITV's The Masked Singer, finishing behind Girls Aloud's Nicola Roberts – herself performing as a queen bee.

Described as "effortlessly entertaining" by the Evening Standard, Jason Manford has also celebrated West End credits, first performing as Adolfo Pirelli in the 2012 production of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber Of Fleet Street at London's Adelphi Theatre. Manford's theatre career has seen him appear in The Producers, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Guys And Dolls, and as Frank Cioffi in Curtains in 2019. He also joined Absolute Radio in 2016, presenting on a Sunday morning.

Jason Manford is back with his brand-new live show, A Manford All Seasons. Jason’s been busy since his last smash-hit stand up show but fans of his Absolute Radio show will know this nationally acclaimed comedian hasn’t changed a bit. A Manford All Seasons is Jason’s latest comic offering set to hit the road, and it sure to be ‘expert observational comedy’ (The Guardian) mixed with ‘comic gold’ (Mail on Sunday).

“Manford successfully straddles the line between contemporary stand-up and old-school mainstream entertainment” – The Guardian

"…You'll doubtless love this show" – Manchester Evening News

“He's blessed with the sort of laid-back charm and sharp turn of phrase you can't manufacture” **** – Daily Telegraph

Jason was on top form and had the whole audience in fits of laughter and fully engaged. He really is a true master of his craft. Seen him twice now and look forward to the next time!

From the off, Jason makes everyone feel at ease. He has an easy manner but is right on point. He is not offensive and doesn't resort to smut. Although this tour is not a funny as his Muddle Class tour, I'd say it's well worth a look if you get the chance.

What a fantastic evening. Jason Manford was incredible. He is a very funny, humble, down to earth guy. His comedy was spot-on! He had the audience in the palm of his hand from the beginning. He had an amazing rapport with everyone. Very much in touch with his generation. The warm up comedian, Emmanuel Sonubi, was also marvelous. The audience took to him straight away. Wonderful way to spend a cold, wet, Saturday night in London!

I bought the tickets for my daughter and son in law, with mine for Christmas. They said it wasn't something they would normally if booked but grateful. We all had a fabulous evening, he was very funny, a lot of observational humour, could have listened to him for hours. My daughter and son in law loved it, and will definitely look out in the future. Great night.

  • Great night out!!

by Shelley on 09/02/2025The London Palladium - LondonRating: 5 out of 5

Lovely evening out. I'm of a questionable age , the first 10 mins of Jason's act was about how we now can't really be arsed to go out at night, how we would have all thought about not bothering to go. Exactly what we had said to ourselves earlier that day ! Very glad we did bother! And Emmanuel the warm up act was fabulous too

  • A great night.

Bought these tickets for my husband for Christmas 2023 and the date finally came around to tonight at the London Palladium. It was a long time to wait but it worth it as we belly laughed throughout the whole performance. Jason is such a gentleman too. Even when he was being heckled by members of the audience, he remained so polite. No nastiness. Would thoroughly recommend this show.

  • Brilliant!

by Rosie on 08/02/2025The London Palladium - LondonRating: 5 out of 5

Jason has the ability to make you constantly giggle about life. You feel as though you're sitting with one of your mates, having a laugh sharing stories as he brings you into his world, introducing you to his mates and his family, who you find out are not so different from you own circle. A brilliant evening of laughter, I will never look at a surname the same ever again! Once again, Jason Manford did not disappoint.

I go to watch a lot of stand up and for the most part the humour is very dark, this was a nice change me and wife really enjoyed the night and spent the drive home reminiscing about chip pans!
