By road: The venue is located in the main high street. The high street is pedestrianized. Please follow signs from local car parks to the venue.
Nearest rail: Chatham
Buses: All buses to Chatham Town Centre stop at the Pentagon Centre a short walk from the venue.
Taxis: A taxi rank is located at Chatham rail station.

Tickets held for collection can be collected from the onsite box office on the day of the event. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number with you.
Pentagon Centre Multi-storey car park.
Additional parking can be found behind the Brook Theatre off The Brook, a 15 minute walk from the venue.
The venue is accessible for wheelchair users.
There are a variety of spaces available in the stalls
area.
There is car parking available for blue badge holders adjacent to the theatre. Access to the car park is via Best Street.
The main entrance is the best access point for wheelchair users with a platform list provides access to the stalls.
There is an alternative entrance for wheelchair users
or those with mobility problems at the side of the
building, however this entrance is only open from
30 minutes prior to the beginning of the event and closes when the show begins.
A lift has been installed in the rear of the stalls which
allows access to the balcony (which is not suitable for
wheelchairs) and the cellar bar.
There is an infra-red system suitable for use either
through earphones (obtainable from the box office) or by using the T setting on a hearing aid. Please see a member of staff for more information.
